Female Support Worker – (Campbelltown 2560)

We are currently seeking a passionate and empathetic Female Support Worker between the age 22-35years to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals living with disability. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the daily lives and wellbeing of our participants through person-centred support.

The participant currently resides in Campbelltown 2560, and and lives alone. She has a cat and looks after the cat herself.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting participants with in-home care and personal routines
Assisting with community access and social engagement
Providing emotional and social support to encourage independence
Promoting a secure, respectful, and empowering workplace
Will to have some fun and easy going

Ideal Candidate
Minimum 6 months experience in the disability or community services sector




Willingness to engage with participants at their own pace and ability
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong communication skills, compassion, and patience
Adaptable and reliable with a genuine commitment to quality care

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
