Dental Receptionist / Patient Experience Coordinator — Taylor Street Dental, West Pennant Hills

Taylor Street Dental is a boutique, aesthetic-focused dental clinic in West Pennant Hills, specialising in Invisalign, smile design and cosmetic dentistry. We're looking for a warm, reliable, and confident Patient Experience Coordinator to join our close-knit team.

About the role:
This is a reception-first role — you'll be the first face our patients see and the voice they hear on the phone. Day to day, you'll manage bookings, payments (including HICAPS), patient recalls, and general front-desk operations using our cloud-based practice software. You'll also assist with light clinical support (room turnover, sterilisation basics) and have the opportunity to help create content for our social media presence — full training provided for everything.

What we're looking for:
Confident, clear communicator — comfortable on the phone and face-to-face with patients




Reliable and punctual — this is a small team and every day matters
Reception, medical/dental, or strong customer service background
Comfortable learning current software systems
Available Monday to Thursday (our clinic days)
