About Us

MFLC Logistics is a growing refrigerated freight business with over 5 years in temperature-controlled transport. We run a fleet of refrigerated pantechs, rigids and semis across VIC, NSW, SA and QLD, delivering for food, hospitality and ice clients who rely on us to get it there cold and on time.

The Role

We're looking for reliable HR drivers to run metro and outer-metro delivery routes from our Campbellfield depot. Shifts run 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Saturday, on a rotating roster so you'll get regular days off across the week.

What You'll Do
Drive refrigerated HR trucks (up to 14 pallets, tailgate) on multi-drop delivery runs
Load, unload and deliver palletised and hand-unload freight using pallet jacks and tailgates
Monitor and record load temperatures to meet cold chain requirements
Complete pre-start checks, fatigue records and vehicle defect reports
Capture proof of delivery using our driver app




Deliver outstanding customer service to restaurants, retailers and distribution centres
Keep your truck clean, tidy and presentable

What You'll Bring
Current HR licence (MR/HR, clean record preferred)
Previous multi-drop or refrigerated delivery experience highly regarded
Forklift licence (LF) a bonus
Comfortable with physical work, including manual handling
Valuable knowledge of Melbourne metro and suburbs
Reliable, punctual and able to work Saturdays on a rotating roster
Basic smartphone skills for delivery apps
Willing to undergo a police check and drug and alcohol testing
