Cafe Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive and people-focused Cafe Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe.

Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly proactive, with the initiative to identify and solve problems without being asked
Works closely with the owner to improve the business and day-to-day operations
Ability to motivate, support and hold the team accountable
Solid attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Previous cafe or hospitality management experience preferred

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front and genuinely cares about creating a outstanding customer and team experience.

Pay: $68,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
