Shift Supervisor

About the Role

Pizza Hut is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Shift Supervisor to help lead our restaurant team and ensure every shift runs smoothly. You’ll support the Restaurant Manager, coach team members, maintain high service standards, and help create a positive experience for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the team during assigned shifts.
Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are maintained.
Train and coach team members on restaurant procedures.
Manage shift operations and closing duties.
Handle customer questions and resolve service issues professionally.
Follow cash-handling, workplace safety, and company procedures.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-service environment.




Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.
A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
