Job tasks and responsibilities

As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and solid organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Day to day tasks and responsibilities are to provide clinical and administrative assistance to one of our practice clinicians in a range of dental services.

Skills & Experience

You have:
A minimum of 1 year of Dental Assisting experience (essential)
Previous Dental Receptionist experience (highly regarded)
Availability to work Saturdays and potentially up to two evenings per week




Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable

You are:
Highly skilled, with a polished image and good personal presentation
An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with solid attention to detail
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
