Red Cacao Stirling is looking for an energetic, friendly and passionate Waitstaff Team Member to join our incredible team!

We’re a busy, fast-paced café that takes pride in great coffee, delicious food and, most importantly, creating a warm and memorable experience for every customer.

About the role

We’re looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
Is friendly, confident and enjoys chatting with customers
Can thrive in a busy, quick-paced café workplace
Works well as part of a team
Has a positive, can-do attitude
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
Has excellent attention to detail
Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred, but the right attitude is just as important!

What you’ll be doing
Welcoming and serving customers with a smile
Taking orders and delivering food and drinks
Clearing and resetting tables




Keeping the café clean, tidy and running smoothly
Working closely with our kitchen, barista and front-of-house teams
Helping create the friendly and vibrant atmosphere Stirling Red Cacao is known for
