We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team!

We’re seeking someone who is confident leading a team, passionate about hospitality and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for both customers and staff.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including:
Leading, training and supporting the front-of-house team
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
Managing staff rosters, shifts and daily operations
Maintaining high standards of food, beverage and service
Managing opening and closing procedures
Monitoring stock, ordering and wastage
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Ensuring workplace health, safety and food safety standards are maintained
Working closely with the owners and kitchen team to keep the restaurant running smoothly

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous restaurant or hospitality management experience




Is confident leading and motivating a team
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Is reliable, professional and well-presented
Can remain calm and positive in a busy workplace
Has a strong understanding of customer service
Is comfortable with staff rostering and day-to-day restaurant operations
Has a genuine passion for hospitality
RSA and food safety knowledge are highly regarded
