Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality food in accordance with menu specifications.
Assist with menu planning and seasonal menu development.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control standards.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage stock rotation, food storage, and inventory control.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Assist with training and supervising junior kitchen staff when required.
Relevant Skills and Experience
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or relevant qualification in the Hospitality Industry.
Minimum 1 year work experience as a chef.
Valuable Communication skills
Team Player and willing to learn recent skills
Be conscientious, ambitious and reliable
Adaptable to work required shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
