What you'll be doing:

Customer Service Attendants:
Welcoming and assisting guests with a friendly, positive attitude
Operating attractions and ensuring a safe, fun experience for everyone
Keeping the venue clean, presentable, and running smoothly
Supporting the team during busy periods and special events

Team Leaders:
Supervising and motivating team members during busy service periods
Delivering outstanding customer experiences and leading by example




Handling guest concerns with confidence and a positive attitude
Assisting with opening, closing, and shift leadership duties

What we're looking for:

Customer Service Attendants:
A warm, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
Reliability and a can-do attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays
Previous customer-facing experience is a bonus but not essential

Team Leaders:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Robust communication and decision-making skills
High energy, reliability, and a natural ability to lead people
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays
