Working in a small, shared services organisation, you will balance scheduled project and improvement work with responsive operational support, including oversight of service requests, escalations and more complex system issues. You will help the team work across competing priorities and deliver high-quality services that support business operations.

You will work closely with customers, system users, vendors, technical specialists and operational teams to coordinate support, manage change and improvement activities and ensure critical business systems remain reliable and compliant. The role supports current systems and services while also contributing to future system changes and transition planning.

CAA currently uses Aurion HRIS and ELMO Learning Management System, and application-specific and external tools (Aurion Query Tool, PowerBI, TechnologyOne XLOne).

Applicants are not required to have expertise across all systems. Experience with one or more business systems will be regarded favorably. Success in this role will depend on your ability to understand business and system impacts, provide practical leadership to a small team, coordinate and prioritise work across competing operational and project demands.
