Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Gardener to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating stunning landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

· Delivery of landscape construction projects

· Oversee and manage landscaping projects from start to finish

· Coordinate and supervise a team of landscapers and organise trades

· organising material deliveries, programming works, operating earthmoving machinery and completing landscape construction duties

· Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

· Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management

· Read and interpret landscape plans and designs

· Order materials and manage project budgets





· Maintain tools and equipment

· Provide training and mentorship to team members

Qualifications

· Certificate III in Landscape Construction

· Proven experience as a Landscape Gardener (min 2 years)

· Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and materials

· Excellent leadership and communication skills

· Time management, solid landscaping and horticulture knowledge, communication skills

· Ability to read and interpret landscape plans

· Valid driver's license
