Superfreak - Sydney, Marrickville is looking for a passionate cook/chef to join our small team.

With our small kitchen our focus is amazing on seasonal produce and delivering it in a nourishing way. We are open 7 days a week between 6:30am-3pm and have a strong focus on customer service and community.

A typical day looks like:
Opening or closing of kitchen
Maintaining quality control amongst food preparation and food service
Working alongside front of house and at time helping serve customers
Following all food safety measures
Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
Working alongside a friendly tight team
Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
Working in a dynamic environment with a rapid-paced approach to all aspects of F&B; operation.





The ideal candidate must have:
Previous experience working a commercial kitchen
Passion for food
Robust and polite communication
Proactive and the willingness to take initiative
Punctual
Be able to keep a clean workspace
the ability to work within a team in a fast paced environment
Commitment and reliability.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.35 – $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 30.0 per week
