About Us

About You

If you've worked as a kitchen hand before, ideally somewhere busy with more than one outlet, we'd love to hear from you. You're happy working on your own and you enjoy being part of a team. If you can work across a 7-day rotating roster, that's a bonus.

About the Role

You'll report to our Executive Chef and help keep the kitchen running smoothly and safely in line with food safety standards. Day to day, you'll:




Work alongside the kitchen and service team washing crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment
Help keep everything clean and sanitised to government standards, including the compactor, recycling area, benchtops, fridges and storerooms
Look after our equipment through correct handling and cleaning
Lend a hand with food preparation, storage and rotation
Help us keep up the food quality standards in our kitchen policies and procedures
