Motus Victoria Pty Ltd, trading as Gippsland Motor Group is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support business performance across their automotive dealership operations in Traralgon VIC. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, profitability, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems and databases.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and automated reporting solutions.
• Conduct business performance analysis, forecasting, and predictive modelling.
• Monitor data quality, governance, and compliance across reporting platforms.
• Identify process improvement prospects and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Management teams to support business objectives.
• Maintain reporting documentation, data models, and business intelligence solutions.

Skills & Experience




• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Solid SQL and database management skills.
• Experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting automation.
• Experience in statistical analysis and forecasting.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Python, R, SAS, or similar analytical tools will be highly regarded.

Salary range is $75,000 - $95,000 pa commensurate with experience.

Full-time Position available.
