Grain Kitchen is looking for reliable and hardworking Sandwich Makers / Food Production Team Members to join our busy night production team.

This is a hands-on role working in a quick-paced, high-volume production kitchen, preparing fresh food for our wholesale and catering customers.

The Role

Working as part of our night production team, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling a range of fresh products, including:
Sandwiches, wraps and toasties
Fresh salads
Yoghurt and breakfast pots
Grab-and-go products
Catering items
General food preparation and packing

What We're Looking For

We are looking for people who:
Are comfortable working in a high-volume production environment
Can work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency
Have positive attention to detail
Can follow recipes, portioning and production instructions
Understand the importance of food safety and hygiene
Are reliable, punctual and work well as part of a team
Are comfortable with repetitive production work




Can stay organised and focused during busy shifts

Previous experience in sandwich making, food production, catering, commercial kitchens or similar high-volume environments is highly regarded.

Grain Kitchen is a HACCP-certified food production kitchen producing fresh food for cafés, catering, wholesale customers and retail locations across Sydney.

We produce food at scale while maintaining a robust focus on quality, consistency, food safety and teamwork.

Hours

This is primarily a night-shift position, with shifts approximately 2:00pm–10:00pm.
