My GP North Lakes is a mixed‑billing general practice committed to providing comprehensive, patient‑centred care to families in the North Lakes community. We offer a broad range of services including women’s health, men’s health, children’s health, preventive health checks, minor procedures, mental health care, chronic disease management, allied health, and more.

We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy and growing practice. This is an exciting chance for a proactive leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while supporting a positive and high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the practice.
Lead, mentor, and support reception and administrative staff.
Rostering
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and workplace policies.
Maintain productive appointment scheduling and workflow systems.




Manage supplier relationships, stock control, and practice resources.
Resolve patient enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare management role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of medical practice software (Best Practice) is highly regarded.
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient service.
The ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team setting.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
