We are seeking experienced Front of House waitstaff who can confidently manage sections during busy service periods while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role suits someone who is proactive, confident, well-presented and comfortable working in a premium hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests professionally
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Use POS system efficiently (experience preferred)
Upsell menu items, beverages and venue specials
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of floor area
Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
Follow venue procedures and service standards
Assist with opening and closing duties

Essential Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality




Experience in a busy restaurant, bar or lounge environment
RSA Certificate (mandatory)
Robust communication skills
Ability to work late nights and weekends
Reliable transport to and from Fitzroy
