About the role

We are seeking experienced Wait Staff, Bar Staff and Cocktail Staff to join our energetic team at the Riverbank Moama in Moama, NSW. As a part time role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional service
Take food and beverage orders and process payments efficiently
Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitized
Assist with stocking and inventory management of bar and dining supplies
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
Troubleshoot guest queries and provide outstanding customer service

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Wait Staff, Bar Staff or Cocktail Staff in a hospitality environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and friendly service
Knowledge of cocktail preparation,



wine and beer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
