Cheeky Burger is looking for a Junior All-Rounder to join our crew at Gregory Hills.

This role is ideal for someone looking for their first job who is keen to work, learns quickly and wants to build real hospitality experience. No previous experience is required. We care much more about your attitude, reliability and ability to learn.

The role

You'll work across different parts of the business rather than being stuck doing one thing. Depending on your experience and how much you want to learn, this can include:
Taking customer orders and providing friendly service
Packing and handing out orders
Preparing drinks and basic food items
Food preparation
Cleaning and keeping the truck organised
Learning kitchen stations, including fryers and grill
Helping the team during busy service periods
Working at occasional Cheeky Burger events and pop-ups

We'll teach you what you need to know. If you're capable and want more responsibility, we're happy to keep teaching you.

Who we're looking for

You don't need hospitality experience. We're looking for someone who is:
Fast and switched-on
Reliable and punctual
Able to stay calm when we're busy




Willing to listen and learn
Comfortable working as part of a small team
Happy to get stuck in rather than waiting to be told what to do
Able to attend occasional events outside our usual Gregory Hills location
You'll need your own reliable transport to get to shifts and events.

Hours

Our regular trading shifts are Thursday to Sunday, approximately 5:00pm–10:00pm.

We're adaptable around school, TAFE or university commitments and can work with the right person on their availability.
