Job Description
Process end-to-end payroll in a high volume environment
Ensure payroll compliance, superannuation, payroll tax and STP obligations are met.
Manage payroll queries and liaise with key stakeholders across the business.
Complete payroll reconciliations, adjustments and reporting activities.
Support payroll systems improvements and process enhancement initiatives.
Work closely with the Payroll Manager with the prospect to develop into a future leadership position.

The Successful Applicant
Proven end-to-end payroll experience within a medium to large organisation.




Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards and compliance requirements.
Experience processing high volume payrolls with a solid focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience using payroll systems and a willingness to contribute to process improvements and systems projects.

What's on Offer
Salary package between $90,000 and $120,000 + Super.
