Job Overview

​We are seeking an experienced Curry Chef to join our kitchen team immediately. The primary focus of this role is preparing authentic Indian curries, gravies, and traditional regional dishes. Candidates who also have hands-on experience cooking Indo-Chinese dishes (woks, fried rice, noodles, and sauces) will be given solid preference.

​Key Responsibilities

​Curry Operations (Primary Focus): ​Prepare daily curry bases, onion-tomato masala, gravies, and specialty sauces from scratch. ​Cook authentic meat, seafood, and vegetarian Indian curry dishes with consistent flavor and presentation. ​Manage cooking station efficiency and handle multiple order tickets accurately during busy services. ​Indo-Chinese Station (Bonus): ​Prepare and cook Indo-Chinese menu items (e.g.,



Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice) as required. ​Kitchen & Prep: ​Oversee portion control, spice prep, and ingredient portioning for your station. ​Maintain strict food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards across work areas.

​Requirements ​Proven experience as a Curry Chef in a commercial Indian kitchen. ​Practical skill or experience in high-heat wok cooking for Indo-Chinese cuisine is a robust plus. ​High speed, consistency, and ability to start immediately.

Pay: $25.00 – $47.85 per hour
