About the role

Duchess Medical Practice is seeking a qualified and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team in Busselton, WA. As Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care and supporting the overall operations of our general medical practice.

What you'll be doing
Conducting patient assessments, providing treatments, and delivering nursing interventions according to best practice guidelines
Administering medications, vaccinations, and other medical procedures under the direction of our GPs
Assisting with the coordination and management of chronic disease programs
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
Promoting health education and supporting patient self-management
Adhering to all relevant clinical, workplace health and safety, and infection control policies and procedures

What we're looking for
Registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Practice Nurse or in a similar primary care setting




Robust clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practice
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Proficient in patient record management and the use of medical software
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
