Boyne Bakery is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Baker to join their team in Boyne Island QLD.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking ·
Preparing and baking a variety of bread products (loaves, rolls, pies and pastries)
Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent
Various baking techniques and methods
Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule
Stock management and ordering
Cleaning and equipment upkeep

Skills and Abilities: ·
Ideally have a Certificate III in Baking / Certificate III in Breadmaking or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant field
Ability to work in a team workplace

Salary range is $75,000 - $90,000pa commensurate with experience.

Fulltime Position available.
