Run the kitchen independently — arrive at 8am and start production without briefing
Produce all hot and cold menu items to spec across breakfast and morning service
Operate all commercial kitchen equipment including the
Own food safety compliance — temp logs, allergen management, FIFO, cleaning schedules
Batch-prep for the following day and close the kitchen clean

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FO, but close
Certificate II in Commercial Cookery or equivalent proven experience




Fully independent — no supervision required on ordinary production
Full food safety ownership without prompting
Calm and consistent under the morning rush
Available Mon–Fri 8am–2pm consistently
Food Handling Certificate current

Parent returners welcome. This role runs 8am to 2pm, Monday to Friday — designed specifically around school hours. No weekends, no split shifts, no late nights. If you have kitchen experience and stepped back from work for family, we built this roster for you. Pay: $27.00 – $42.00 per hour
