Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic

Full time | Great Pay | Work Ute | 9-Day Fortnight

We’re a growing refrigeration and air conditioning business looking for a qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our team. If you take pride in your work, don’t cut corners, and want to be part of a supportive, family friendly crew you’ll fit right in.

We work across commercial and light industrial sites and focus on quality workmanship, safety, and looking after our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Service, maintenance and repairs on commercial refrigeration & air conditioning systems
Fault finding and diagnostics
Installation of refrigeration and AC equipment
Working both independently and as part of a team
Maintaining high safety and workmanship standards on all jobs

What We’re Looking For
Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic
ARCtick licence (or ability to obtain)
Restricted Electrical Licence (or willingness to work toward it)
Strong fault-finding skills
Pride in neat, high-quality work
Reliable,



self-motivated and easy to get along with
Valid driver’s licence

What’s On Offer
$45–$55 per hour (based on experience)
Super + overtime rates
9-day fortnight (regular long weekend)
Work vehicle provided — dual cab available if preferred
On-site training and ongoing support
Opportunity to complete an electrical apprenticeship for the right person
Optional on-call roster (not forced)
