Role Description The Part time Practice Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure a smooth, client-focused experience. This on-site role in Morley, WA includes managing appointment scheduling, maintaining client records, coordinating billing and payments, and supporting providers with administrative needs.

The Practice

Manager will monitor office workflows, handle basic reporting, assist with compliance and documentation, and respond to client inquiries in a professional, timely manner. The role also involves liaising with external vendors, maintaining office supplies and equipment,



and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality. This is a part time position that requires regular on-site presence during agreed worki ng hours.

Qualifications
Experience in practice or office management within healthcare, allied health, or a similar client-focused environment.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in scheduling, record-keeping, and documentation.
Proficiency with practice management software, electronic records, and common office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, databases).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients, clinicians, and external partners.
Knowledge of basic billing processes, invoicing, and handling payments; familiarity with health insurance or rebates is an advantage.
Ability to work independently on-site, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
Prior experience in a therapy, counseling, or medical practice setting is highly beneficial.
Relevant qualification in business administration, health administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
