About the role

This is a hands-on role where design and print-production experience are essential.

You will work independently across print and digital, helping to establish briefs, systematically manage assets and revisions, and shepherd production across mixed media (publications, email, video, print, signage).

You’re happy to get into the details of illustration and typography, adapting your work to an existing brand style, and pushing ideas further to deliver flawless, production-ready artwork.

Key responsibilities
Work independently across print and digital projects
Help establish briefs and systematically manage assets and revisions
Shepherd production across mixed media including publications, email, video, print, and signage
Deliver flawless, production-ready artwork
Adapt work to existing brand style while pushing ideas further
Manage colour management and preflight for print production
Maintain clean files and accurate corrections

About you




Proven experience in a studio or agency setting
Confident command of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Solid instincts for typography, composition, and imagery
Sound print-production knowledge, including colour management and preflight
Problem-solver
Reliability with clean files, accurate corrections, and a habit of checking your own work
Curiosity and a habit of learning and adapting
Bonus skills: Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, 3D skills, code, Google Ads, analytics, or practical uses of AI
