Knafeh Pty Ltd trading as Mr Craftsman is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Chef to join our kitchen team in Keysborough, Victoria.

The successful applicant will prepare and cook food to a high standard while maintaining food quality, presentation, hygiene and productive kitchen operations.

Daytime position – no nights.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to a consistent standard.
Complete daily food preparation
Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
Monitor stock, rotate ingredients and minimise food waste.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
Work efficiently with the kitchen and hospitality team.

Skills and Experience Required

The successful applicant will have:
Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery or equivalent.




Demonstrated experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen workplace.
Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
Valuable organisational and teamwork skills.
