Role Description The Community Aged Care Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Perth Area. This role oversees the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to clients living in the community, ensuring services meet individual needs and comply with relevant standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising care staff, coordinating care plans, monitoring service quality, and responding to client and family feedback.

The manager will collaborate with healthcare professionals and support services, manage schedules and resources,



and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. The role also involves mentoring team members, fostering a supportive workplace culture, and helping to continuously improve care practices and client outcomes.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in aged care, community care, or health services management, with a strong focus on person-centered support.
Knowledge of aged care standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in community-based care.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, including staff supervision, coaching, and performance oversight.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, staff, and external providers.
Proven organizational and time management skills, including scheduling, documentation, and case coordination.
Commitment to empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity in all client interactions.
Relevant qualification in nursing, social work, allied health, or community services, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work in office in the Greater Perth Area and hold any required clearances or checks (e.g., police clearance, working with vulnerable people).
