We’re looking for a Vintage Assistant Winemaker to join our 2027 team. Someone who thrives on the pace, the pressure, the problem‑solving and the pure joy of making outstanding wine from grape to glass.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be right in the thick of vintage, working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Winemakers and the Cellar team as fruit rolls in and the winery comes alive.

Your days will be a mix of hands-on activity, sensory decision-making and supporting the flow of vintage operations across the site.
Guiding grape intake, processing and press cuts with a focus on quality
Assessing juice, participating in tastings and contributing to trials
Keeping winery hygiene sharp and stock records accurate

This is a role for someone who loves being close to the fruit, close to the action, and part of the decisions that shape premium wines.
