The role:

You will be responsible for setting up and operating the roll-forming machine and stripping the core,s which will also include monitoring and maintaining the operation. You will also be cleaning, conducting quality control, and bundling finished products in a safety-first setting.

Main Activities:
Follow instructions regarding Production Scheduling from the Production Manager/ Supervisor
Stripping cores
Efficient Machine setting, including coil changes
Quality checks of all products
Making sure all product parts are marked correctly
Bundling products and moving them to the correct loading area
Identifying and troubleshooting setup issues and coming up with fixes

Essential Criteria:
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE
Current forklift license (LF)
Purlin Rollforming Machine Operating Experience
Core stripping or similar experience
Able to read and understand an SOP (quality, machine setup, etc)
Able to use measuring equipment (ruler, tape measure, vernier, calliper)




Able to read straightforward drawings
Fit and healthy
Have an eye for details
Great, clear and concise communication skills
