We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Christchurch office and support an award winning recruiter in growing her division. Please note this role can be varied and fast-paced.

Duties will include:
Source and screen candidates using job boards, databases, and social media
Conduct phone interviews, video interviews and face to face interviews
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
Maintain accurate records in our recruitment system
Support consultants with market research and talent mapping
Conduct reference checks
Conduct site assessments
Complete candidate onboarding on our online portals including booking drug testing

Role Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




Must have strong organizational skills and excel in administrative support
Robust attention to detail is a must
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Tech-savvy with basic MS Office skills
No recruitment experience required – just a great attitude!
