Sushi Wushi is looking a for Store manager, you must be reliable, punctual, experienced in running a small venue, managing staff, managing inventory, understand budgeting, COGS and not last or limited to , have a capacity to train kitchen and Sushi staff.

You must also know how to make sushi (if you know how to cut sashimi and Nigiri , it's a plus, however training is available) and not shy to get your hands dirty. You must also have experience in Asian Commercial kitchen.

Your personality and work ethics must meet Sushi Wushi culture. A valuable grasp on English is essential as Sushi Wushi is surrounded by locals and regulars.
