Role Description The NSW Territory Account Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with off site end user and distributor visits. This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined territory of foodservice customers, including distributors, end users and independent operators, by building robust relationships and identifying prospects for product placement and revenue growth.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular customer meetings, presenting product solutions, attending tradeshows, food presenations and coordinating product trials with customers. The NSW Territory Account Manager will also maintain accurate CRM records,



and work closely with the team. Must be a team player

Qualifications
Experience in territory or account management within FMCG, foodservice, hospitality, or related industries, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision makers across distributor and end-customer networks.
Knowledge of the foodservice sector, menu development and product applications across cafés, restaurants, pubs, clubs, multi-site hospitality groups and catering companies
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan territory activities, prioritize accounts, and work autonomously in a hybrid setting.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally regularly within NSW for customer visits and occasional interstate or trans-Tasman travel as required.
