We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead a prestigious 5-star hotel operation in Melbourne.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the housekeeping operation and lead a large team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing housekeeping team.
Oversee daily room and public area operations.
Maintain luxury hotel cleanliness and service standards.
Manage rosters, labour costs, productivity and KPIs.
Recruit, train and performance-manage team members.
Manage stock, equipment and housekeeping resources.
Build strong relationships with hotel management and stakeholders.
Ensure WHS and company standards are consistently met.
Resolve guest concerns and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements




Recent experience as an Executive Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Executive Housekeeping Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel in Melbourne.
Proven experience leading large housekeeping teams.
Solid people management, communication and organisational skills.
Experience managing labour budgets and productivity.
Strong understanding of WHS requirements.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
