About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be the person the team turns to for guidance, help maintain a high standard of service and work directly with the business owner on the performance and direction of the department. Key responsibilities
Lead, support and mentor the property management team
Provide guidance on complex matters and help the team solve problems
Oversee day-to-day operations, service standards and compliance
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Identify ways to improve processes and grow the department
Report directly to the business owner on team performance and priorities

About you
Substantial experience in residential property management




Experience leading property managers or working in a team setting where you've provided senior guidance
Sound knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation and property management practice
Clear communication, sound judgement and the ability to support others under pressure
A genuine interest in developing people and building a successful department
