V-Dub Repairs & Spares is a busy, friendly mechanical workshop based in Fremantle, specialising in Volkswagen vehicles.

We’re looking for a Mechanical Receptionist to join our team on a casual job-share basis. Hours and days will vary depending on the needs of the business, with a mix of half and full days across the week. 2 full days approximately, plus additional hours per week when required.

About the role

You’ll be working alongside another receptionist in a job-share arrangement, sharing the role and coordinating your working days and hours between you. Good communication and flexibility are significant, as you’ll be in regular contact with each other to organise hours and cover shifts when needed.

This would suit someone who enjoys a varied role and is happy to pick up additional shifts when required, where availability allows.





Your day-to-day duties will include:
Greeting and assisting customers
Answering phone calls and enquiries
Booking vehicle appointments
Ordering and sourcing parts
Communicating with customers, suppliers and the workshop team
General administration

No mechanical or Volkswagen experience is required. We’re happy to teach you the technical side of the role on the job.
