Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Perth, WA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales, tracking sales performance, and building robust customer relationships. The individual will also be tasked with identifying new market opportunities, providing exceptional customer service,



and ensuring the team meets sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications
Experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
Strong understanding of Sales Strategies and Market Analysis
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Reporting Tools
Ability to work in office in Perth, WA
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the hospitality industry or similar B2B sales workplace is a plus, ideally in mining, aged care and/or multi-venue operations
Common sense and an ability to think outside the box
