Responsibilities:
Identify, drive design-in FPGA solutions and product promotional activities.
Spearhead development of recent customers for demand creation.
Align and coordinate with suppliers for all technical promotion activities.
Excellent troubleshooting skill to diagnose, reproduce and resolve complex issues, timing closure, power optimization and board bring-up.
Drive technical presentations, conduct seminars and trainings workshop for customers.
Work closely with customers’ engineering teams to identify technical challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
Tutoring and supporting customers in HDL and FPGA design principles and practices to include, synthesis, place and route, simulation and verification, performance optimization debugging and troubleshooting.
Uncover engineering design support to strategic customers.
Cooperative engagement of customers with our company sales and product marketing teams to position our focus suppliers leading edge solutions into current projects.




Attend supplier training for the latest industry knowledge and accreditation where required.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Provide technical input and market feedback to suppliers and internal management.
Support product selection, technical proposals, proof-of-concept activities, and project follow-up.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key technical stakeholders.

Qualification & Requirements:
Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering
Possess good technical knowledge and working experience on Altera or Xilinx FPGA development
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in FPGA design
Experience with VHDL, System Verilog or OpenCL
Possess positive presentation and communication skills
Able to work independently as well as a good team player
Overseas travel maybe required
