We're seeking a Configuration Analyst with robust ServiceNow CMDB experience to help shape and maintain a critical Configuration Management capability, balancing hands-on administration with stakeholder engagement and process improvement.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong ServiceNow CMDB expertise, practical Configuration Management experience, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve CMDB data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
Perform hands-on ServiceNow CMDB administration and updates.
Drive Configuration Management process improvements and governance initiatives.
Conduct data remediation and CMDB health improvement activities.
Partner with CI owners and business stakeholders to establish ownership and accountability.
Support governance, compliance, and Configuration Management best practices.




Collaborate with teams involved in Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives.

About You:

You'll bring a strong understanding of Configuration Management and CMDB best practices, with experience maintaining accurate, trusted data in ServiceNow environments.
4 to 7 years of robust experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
Practical experience in Configuration Management and CMDB governance.
Experience improving data quality, remediation, and CMDB accuracy.
Solid understanding of Configuration Item (CI) management and ownership.
Ability to engage and influence technical and business stakeholders.
Hands-on approach with the ability to perform CMDB updates directly within ServiceNow.
Understanding of ITIL Configuration Management principles.
