About the role

This is a working supervisor role — not a desk job. You'll spend part of your week on the tools alongside your team and the rest leading, training and holding the standard on quality. It's an ideal next step for someone who's worked their way up in commercial cleaning and either has leadership experience, or is ready to take it on.

Key responsibilities
Leading a team of 8–12 Cleaning Specialists across your own portfolio of sites
Performing rostered, hands-on cleaning work yourself (roughly 30–50% of your week)
Running quality audits and site inspections, and fixing issues on the spot
Delivering in office training and coaching to build your team's capability
Approving timesheets and managing day-to-day attendance
Being the first point of contact for clients on your sites
Leading on safety — JSAs, Secure Work Method Statements, and a zero-incident culture

About you
Solid experience in commercial cleaning (Cleaning Services Award Level 2 or 3 standard)
Demonstrated ability to supervise or direct others — or you're ready to step up into it




Robust WHS awareness (JSA/SWM experience highly regarded)
Comfortable moving between hands-on cleaning and leading a team
Positive communicator — confident with clients, staff and management
Current Victorian driver's licence (you'll travel between sites daily)
Reliable, organised, and able to juggle priorities across multiple sites
