Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls Provide accurate information and timely resolution to enquiries





Navigate multiple systems while maintaining call quality and accuracy Record and update customer information Escalate complex matters where required

Previous contact centre experience is essential Demonstrated experience handling high-volume inbound calls Robust communication and active listening skills

Ability to build rapport and manage challenging conversations High attention to detail and data entry accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow processes
