About the role

Business Development Manager for Ray White AKG, an award-winning, Chairman's Elite property management business with circa 3,000 properties under management across four offices in Southeast Queensland. You will win managements by prospecting and converting investor leads, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the sales team at settlement, building referral relationships with brokers, accountants and developers, and being one of the faces of AKG at the front line of the market.

Key responsibilities
Win managements and prospect and convert investor leads
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with sales team at settlement
Build referral relationships with brokers, accountants and developers
Be the face of AKG at the front line of the market
Attend industry conferences and events
Host and sponsor industry initiatives

About you




Proven record signing managements in a competitive market
Sharp appraisal, negotiation and follow-up instincts
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
Genuine energy for people, targets, and healthy competition
Real ambition and drive to succeed
