This is an opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to accelerate their career, gain exposure to major residential developments, retirement living, education, and hospitality projects, and learn directly from experienced Project Directors and Project Managers.

The Opportunity

You will work primarily across the delivery of high-density apartments, Build to Rent, and mixed-use developments, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle from design and approvals through procurement, construction, and completion.

You'll be trusted with real responsibility while being supported by senior professionals who are invested in your development.

The role will provide exposure to:
Design and consultant management
Project coordination and development approvals
Procurement and tendering
Contractor management
Construction and delivery
Programme, cost and risk management
Client and stakeholder management

About You

We are looking for an ambitious, personable and commercially minded Assistant Project Manager with approximately 1 – 3 years' experience across construction, development or project management.





You'll ideally have:
Exposure to residential apartment projects
Robust understanding of construction and project delivery
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The confidence to work with consultants, contractors and clients
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Relevant tertiary qualifications

Construction-side experience will also be considered for someone looking to make the move into client-side Project Management.
