Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice

Full-Time | Learn a Trade | Supportive Team

We’re looking for a motivated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the trade from experienced technicians while working on real commercial and light industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

If you’re practical, like working with your hands, and want a long-term career (not just a job), this is a outstanding chance to get started in a skilled trade.

What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting qualified technicians with servicing, maintenance and repairs
Learning how to fault-find and diagnose system issues
Helping with installation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
Working on commercial job sites
Learning safe work practices and trade standards
Completing your formal apprenticeship training alongside on-the-job learning

What We’re Looking For
Genuine interest in refrigeration and air conditioning
Good work ethic and willingness to learn




Mechanically minded and enjoys hands-on work
Reliable and shows up ready to work
Good communication and able to follow instructions
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Driver’s licence (or working towards it)
