Disability Support Worker | Personal Care & Community Access | Highett VIC

Pay: AUD $32–$45 per hour, or higher where required by the applicable award or penalty rates

YAY Today is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker in Highett. You’ll provide practical, person-centred support while respecting each participant’s choices, routines and goals.

Your work may include daily living support, personal care, meals, social outings and community access in line with individual support plans. You’ll share relevant updates with the team and complete shift documentation.

Requirements
Experience in disability support or a related care role
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Eligibility to work in Australia
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain them before starting

A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or Community Services is preferred. Apply through Indeed with your resume and relevant support experience.

Pay: $32.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 7.0 per week
