About the role:
Preparing and baking bread, pastries and bakery products
Following recipes and maintaining consistent quality
Preparing dough, shaping, proofing and baking
Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and organised
Working efficiently as part of a small team
Following food safety and hygiene standards

About you:
Previous bakery/baking experience preferred
Passionate about baking and quality food
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Valuable attention to detail
Available for early morning starts
