We are on the hunt for an experienced Multi-Site Restaurant Manager to join the Zam fam, overseeing our locations in both Oakleigh and Bentleigh. This is a full time leadership role for a motivated professional ready to drive excellence across multiple sites.

About the Role

As a Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and culture of both the Oakleigh and Bentleigh restaurants. You will lead your teams to achieve the highest standards in customer experience, operational efficiency, and financial results. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance the demands of two busy locations.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor restaurant teams across both sites, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Ensure food is prepared, presented,



and served to the highest standards at all times.
Manage stock ordering, supplier relationships, and inventory control for both locations.
Oversee administrative tasks including rostering, payroll, banking, and cash handling.
Monitor and analyze P&L; statements, budgets, and labor costs to ensure profitability.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure all safety and security protocols are upheld.

Requirements
Proven managerial experience is a must.
Previous experience in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual workplace.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Passionate about humanitarian values and the Plate 4 Plate initiative.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
