The Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Casual Registered Nurses to join our team.

In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality clinical care in a calm, values-driven

Working alongside a committed multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in enhancing the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of our residents.

Your Responsibilities:
Deliver secure, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards
Lead, mentor, and support Personal Care Assistants
Complete clinical assessments, care plans, and documentation accurately and efficiently
Administer medications and treatments in line with legislation, policy, and best practice
Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition
Collaborate with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and internal clinical teams
Contribute to quality improvement, compliance, and resident safety initiatives
Foster a calm, welcoming, and resident-centred setting

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
Strong clinical assessment,



critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience supervising and supporting care staff
Excellent communication and documentation skills
A compassionate, flexible, and resident-focused approach
A commitment to quality care, safety, and continuous improvements

Key Requirements:
Current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination in line with current requirements and influenza vaccinations are highly encouraged
